Quality Guarantee

At Kryxghith, we stand behind the quality of our printing services. If you're not completely satisfied with your order due to a production error or defect, we offer reprints, refunds, or credit toward future orders, depending on the circumstances.

Inspection Period

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To report an issue, please contact our customer service team at info@kryxghith.world or +35391565156 with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or problem
  • Your preferred resolution (reprint, refund, or credit)

Valid Reasons for Returns/Reprints

We accept returns or provide reprints for the following reasons:

  • Printing defects (smudges, blurriness, misalignment)
  • Color variations that significantly differ from approved proofs
  • Incorrect paper stock or finish
  • Damaged products (creases, tears, bends)
  • Incomplete orders or incorrect quantities

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or reprints in the following cases:

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork or content (spelling errors, layout issues, low-resolution images)
  • Minor color variations that fall within standard printing tolerances
  • Changes in design preference after production
  • Issues reported after the 7-day inspection period
  • Custom orders that were approved by the customer prior to printing

Return Process

If your return request is approved, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service
Email or call us with details of the issue and photos of the defective products.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number if approved.
Return the Products
Package the products securely, include the Return Authorization Number, and ship them to our address.
Inspection
Our quality control team will inspect the returned products to verify the reported issues.
Resolution
Based on the inspection, we will process your reprint, refund, or credit as agreed upon.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Reprints

If you choose a reprint, we will prioritize your order and typically ship it within 3-5 business days. You may be required to return the defective products before we process the reprint, depending on the nature of the issue.
